Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27 NIV

Residency Program
For women with children facing separation, homelessness, the aftermath of divorce or other family disruption, FLS offers a unique residence program designed to help them get back on their feet. Within this caring, supportive environment, residents can move from just surviving to living with confidence, hope, and direction. The program supports this growth through:
- furnished or unfurnished single-family apartments
- secure play areas for children
- one-on-one Bible study mentoring
- housekeeping/homemaking mentoring
- support groups
- counseling for individuals, families and children
- networking assistance and referrals
- life skills classes
- a safe wifi network
Residents may stay a maximum of two years if they are actively employed or in school and fully involved in the FLS program as they seek to improve their situations. FLS welcomes those mothers who are 18 years of age or older, able to pay a modest resident fee, willing to work cooperatively with the staff to set and achieve goals, and who have no serious alcohol, drug or mental illness problems.
For more information about the residency program or to request an application packet, contact Family Life Services at (719)632 4661 or download the Resident Package and download the Resident Agreement Booklet.
